The Masonic Medical Research Laboratory (MMRL) is an internationally recognized biomedical research institute founded by the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons in the New York State in 1958. The MMRL is an international center for genetic screening of inherited cardiac arrhythmia diseases, especially those responsible for sudden cardiac death, including sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and is actively involved in the development of safe and effective drugs for atrial fibrillation, thus addressing one of the greatest unmet medical needs facing our society. The Stem Cell Center is focused on creation of human models of disease, thus enabling the development of innovative therapies and cures.
Camp Turk is located on the beautiful private Round Lake in Woodgate, New York and is situated on over 1,500 acres of land in the Adirondack Park Preserve. It is open to all children between the ages of 8 to 16 and holds 210 campers per session. Campers are roomed according to age. They have the opportunity to participate in over 32 supervised activities.
Our great facilities include a traditional style theater, recreation hall, numerous arts and crafts activities, tennis courts, a basketball court plus a complete waterfront for swimming, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and water skiing. Rustic but comfortable cabins have both electricity and indoor plumbing facilities and there is a fully equipped infirmary and spacious Dining Hall.

The Mission of the Chancellor Robert R Livingston Masonic Library of Grand Lodge is to collect, preserve, interpret, and make available for education and research, to both members of the Fraternity and others, such materials as relate to the history, philosophy, culture, and organization of Freemasonry, in its social and historical contexts, with a special emphasis on Freemasonry in New York State. As one of the world’s foremost repositories of Masonic books, artifacts, and ephemera, the Livingston Masonic Library maintains a vast collection of materials which are available to visitors and researchers.

The Brotherhood Fund has been in existence for many years and we are charged with the support of many of the Community services that are run by hard working Brothers around the State. We are a 501(c)(3) Charity and that means you can deduct your “Charitable” donations from your income tax. The Lodges that are associated with Grand Lodge of New York are 501(c)(10) not for profit and cannot be used for a deduction.
The Grand Lodge of New York through its Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Home established a scholarship in 1996. The Education Assistance Committee of Grand Lodge administers this scholarship program for post high school level students. The effort is directed at the sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters of Master Masons in good standing, belonging to Lodges within the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of the State of New York.

Every day across America, children are abducted by family members, acquaintances, and strangers. Families traumatized by abduction are faced with the simultaneous challenge of quickly gathering all available resources to recover their missing child while dealing with the devastation of their loss.
In 2014, the Most Worshipful Grand Master William J. Thomas created the Masonic Blood and Organ Donor Program Committee and appointed the Worshipful Bill Peist, Sr, and David Rothstein as the Committee Chair and Vice-Chair. The Masonic Blood and Organ Donor Program is a combination of what used to be the Masonic Blood Program and the Masonic Organ Donor Program Committee. It is a sub-committee of the Masonic Community Services Committee.
Shriners International is a fraternity based on fun, fellowship and the Masonic principles of brotherly love, relief and truth with nearly 200 temples (chapters) in several countries and thousands of clubs around the world. Our fraternity is open to men of integrity from all walks of life.
Shriners International also supports Shriners Hospitals for Children®, a health system of 22 locations.
Our Youth Committee is dedicated to recognizing the efforts of today’s outstanding young men and women – as well as the Masons who serve them. There are a variety of statewide programs and awards: Frank M. Totton Essay Contest; Masonic Girl Scout Award; Masonic Eagle Scout Award; Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouter Award; General Douglas MacArthur Service to Youth Award; Grand Lodge Service to Youth Award.
